Run for the Medford Market
Board of Directors.
Although the deadline of September 30th to submit
your Board application has passed, there is still the possibility that an Annual
Owners' meeting and a Board of Directors election will take place later this
year. This is, however, contingent upon a positive outcome on negotiations with
our current lessor that is slated to end November 15th.
If you are interested in
being on the Medford Market Board, Medford Market Cooperative encourages owners
to review the job descriptions and application to prepare for submission,

Board Purposes
Members of the Board of Directors:
• Serve as trustees on behalf of owners
• Provide leadership of Medford’s 100% democratically member-owned co-op
• Set long-range goals for Medford Market Cooperative
• Ensure sound management of Medford Market Cooperative through the use of Policy Governance
Eligibility
• Board members must be owners of Medford Market Cooperative
• Only one individual per ownership is eligible to serve on the Board of Directors at a time
